What to Expect:

• Churning Session: Start with the basics by selecting from 2 to 3 base flavors. We’ll guide you through the process of mixing your chosen dairy base with a variety of extracts and colors in our small churns. It’s a great way to learn the secrets behind the creamy texture of our ice cream.
• Customization: Once the ice cream is churned, pour it into 1-gallon tubs and unleash your creativity. Each participant will have the opportunity to add their choice of inclusions—from crunchy nuts to sweet fruits—and swirl in decadent sauces to create their unique flavor.
• Flash Freeze & Taste Test: Experience the magic of flash freezing and then, the best part, taste your creation! Evaluate the flavors with fellow attendees and find out who managed to create the most delightful mix.
