Belgium Peanut Butter
Alright, Peanut Butter fans. You’ve requested, we’ve listened. I am finally churning up some Peanut Butter Chip Ice Cream! I don’t often churn peanut butter, but when I do, it’s a real banger.
This is a special batch. I melt single-source Belgium chocolate and slowly introduce it to a freezing creamy peanut butter base ice cream. When you introduce the melted chocolate to freezing dairy, the chocolate solidifies and creates super smooth, hard sliver chocolate pieces throughout.
