Smoked Bourbon Vanilla


This flavour takes the most time for us to churn.  We first take our 14% butterfat dairy and smoke it for 10 mins.  We use various species of wood such as Cotton Wood, Cherry, Oak, Pear and more.  We then add sugar cane,  >1% alcohol bourbon and Madagascar vanilla extract.  The result is a creamy yet smokey flavour with a slight bourbon/oak after taste.  This is a glorified vanilla ice cream that goes well with mixed liquors or a cup of coffee!

  • 14 % Butterfat Dairy

  • Smoked wood chips
  • >1% alcohol bottom shelf bourbon
