What’s The Scoop for September?

Hi everyone! Adam B, ( Owner ) here. You may have noticed, we have a new website. Here are the details:
We were recently using Squareup.com’s website shopping platform. We realized the limitations of this platform and the customer’s experience was lacking when checking out. A decision was made to switch back to our original shopping platform. This platform gives us a lot more flexibility such as resuming and offering our Ice Cream Club membership which the Square platform could not support. ( Square is our POS – It’s a Credit Card Processing System and Device Used When Shopping In Our Stores ).
If you’re an existing customer, your old login may not work and new accounts may need to be created. If you’re an existing customer you may have a login that will be reinstated. ( Look Out For An Email ) Ice Cream Club Members will receive an email as we reinstate accounts as well. What does this mean for existing customers?
- Loyalty Points do not apply/work when shopping online. Loyalty Points are a Square platform feature. These were meant to be used at our Square Point of Sale System. These are the devices used when you visit our shop. ( This feature will be implemented soon )
- New accounts will need to be made. If you’re shopping online with us again, you may choose to create a new account so you may save orders, check online order status, and receive discounts.
- You may continue using Urban Churn Gift Cards when shopping online.
- If you were an ‘Ice Cream Club Member’ you will notice we are reimplementing the club and soon you will be able to enjoy your $1.00 / item discount again. ( Stay tuned for an update email ). Existing members will see their accounts soon.
